With a unique focus on real estate and business law, Matt Horne is an attorney with valuable and varied legal practice experience. As the head of the firm’s well-established real estate department, Matt and his closing team regularly handle residential and commercial real estate closings, representing buyers, sellers, lenders and developers.
The business law component of Matt’s practice has him helping clients form the right business organizations for their particular needs. Matt routinely advises clients as to the proper form of business entity--LLC, Corporation, Joint Venture, Partnership, etc.

He has successfully handled individual chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for debtors and creditors and has also proposed successful Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation plans for businesses and individuals.
