Professional Background: When he began his practice of law more than 35 years ago, Mr. Rosenzweig handled a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters including criminal defense, domestic relations, collections, consumer bankruptcies, and real estate transactions.  Over the years, his practice has focused on increasingly complex civil litigation both at the trial level and on appeal.  Significant trial victories include Telecommunications Act claims, zoning claims, civil RICO defense, defense of elected official recall petition, defense of two substantial environmental cases, and the defense and prosecution of commercial litigation on behalf of lenders, builders, and developers. 

Scope of Services: Investigation of legal options, offering of legal advice and recommendations, participation in policy decisions, contract negotiations and evaluation, research, interpretation and analysis of existing or proposed local, state and federal statutes, regulations, rules and policies, prosecution and defense of civil and equitable litigation including complex litigation and appeals.
